I am fearfully and wonderfully made

GOD chose to create us out of his great love for us.

“I have loved you with an everlasting love” Jeremiah 31:3

Yes, GOD loved us before he even created us.

It’ s impossible to get our heads around that idea, but its true; that’s whats “everlasting” love means.

Mankind has been fascinated with the form and function of the human body from the very beginning. For beauty and sheer simplicity of line , it is unmatched.

As a machine, the human body is the pinnacle of GOD’s work, formed on the sixth day and last day of creation, after which GOD declared, it is very good.

“We are fearfully and wonderfully made by our God the father”

PSALM 139…

You have searched me, Lord,
    and you know me.
You know when I sit and when I rise;
    you perceive my thoughts from afar.
You discern my going out and my lying down;
    you are familiar with all my ways.
Before a word is on my tongue
    you, Lord, know it completely.
You hem me in behind and before,
    and you lay your hand upon me.
Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
    too lofty for me to attain.

Where can I go from your Spirit?
    Where can I flee from your presence?
If I go up to the heavens, you are there;
    if I make my bed in the depths, you are there.
If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
    if I settle on the far side of the sea,
10 even there your hand will guide me,
    your right hand will hold me fast.
11 If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me
    and the light become night around me,”
12 even the darkness will not be dark to you;
    the night will shine like the day,
    for darkness is as light to you.

13 For you created my inmost being;
    you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
    your works are wonderful,
    I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you
    when I was made in the secret place,
    when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.

Your eyes saw my unformed body;
    all the days ordained for me were written in your book
    before one of them came to be.
17 How precious to me are your thoughts, God!
    How vast is the sum of them!
18 Were I to count them,
    they would outnumber the grains of sand—
    when I awake, I am still with you.

19 If only you, God, would slay the wicked!
    Away from me, you who are bloodthirsty!
20 They speak of you with evil intent;
    your adversaries misuse your name.
21 Do I not hate those who hate you, Lord,
    and abhor those who are in rebellion against you?
22 I have nothing but hatred for them;
    I count them my enemies.
23 Search me, God, and know my heart;
    test me and know my anxious thoughts.
24 See if there is any offensive way in me,
    and lead me in the way everlasting.

Lazy Saturday

keep-calm-it-s-lazy-saturdaySitting on a chair in front of my computer.

I couldn’t find the topic to write down on my blog.

Various thoughts inside my head at this very hour.

Relaxed on my senses as this is how I typically spend my week end on a Saturday.

Saturday, one of my favorite day as this is my ME time, just doing lazy things at home.

Reading, surfing nets, eating, lying down on a coach eating ice-cream and chips.

What a relaxing day I deserved after 5 days of working from Monday to Friday.

Enjoy your lazy Saturday as I am enjoying mine…

JEULGIL…

Don’t Quit

Quitters don’t go any where. They will still get stuck in the same situation, events or difficult people they want to escape from.

They will encounter the same trial once more but in a different form…

Why?…

Because they QUIT…

Quitting should never be an option because you have already been saved by the conqueror of life and death. (Jesus).

“Let no corrupting talk come out of your Mouths but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear”… Ephesians 4:29

“Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he stood the test , he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him”…James 1:12

The Beautitudes

Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.

Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.

Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.

Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see GOD.

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of GOD.

Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake, for their is the kingdom of heaven.
